Adam Salter has extensive work experience in operations and materials management. Adam currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at HABCO Manufacturing Inc. (since 2022). Prior to this role, they worked as the Operations Manager at Phoenix EDT Inc. for 16 years (2006-2022). In addition, Adam also held positions at Power Circuits as a Materials Manager (2004-2006) and as a Buyer (2002-2004).

Adam Salter obtained an Associate's degree in Business from Oakland Community College from 1998 to 2000. In 2020, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
