Ronan O'Hare is a highly experienced performance engineer with a robust background in Formula One racing. Currently serving at Haas F1 Team since March 2022, O'Hare specializes in car setups and collaborates closely with race engineers and drivers to enhance performance. Previous roles include positions at Williams Racing and NIO, where O'Hare applied analytical skills to optimize track data and refine control systems. O'Hare's career spans numerous esteemed organizations, including Scuderia Toro Rosso and Mercedes AMG Petronas, where significant contributions were made in vehicle dynamics and 7-post rig engineering. O'Hare holds a Master's degree in Motorsports Engineering & Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ulster University.
