Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Haas Cabinet Co., Inc. since May 1999, Steve specializes in optimizing operations, machine troubleshooting, and overseeing maintenance. Prior to this role, Steve was the Production Manager at Kimball Office from February 1986 to May 1999, where responsibilities included managing product flow, production planning, and employee training. Steve's career began at Heritage Lumber Company, where from 1978 to 1985, management duties encompassed lumber buying and hardware purchasing. Steve completed secondary education at Salem High School with a focus on Mathematics.
