Sophie Kruijer is a history teacher at Haags Montessori Lyceum since August 2019. Sophie also teaches yoga and peace & justice as well as serves as a student coach. Sophie has a background in education coordination and design, having worked on various trainee programs for teachers in the past. With a Master of Education degree from Leiden University, Sophie is passionate about creating motivating and safe learning environments for their students. Additionally, Sophie has experience in research, coordination, and coaching roles within educational and international settings. Sophie also holds a certification as a trained coach and yoga instructor.
