James A. Nettles Jr., P.E. is a seasoned forensic engineer at Haag Global since July 2023 and has been a Principal Engineer at Fabcon Precast since April 2012, where responsibilities involve the design of precast concrete wall panels for commercial and residential buildings. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Professional/Structural Engineer at Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. from June 2003 to April 2012, focusing on structural analysis, design, and project management for various types of structures and bridges. Earlier roles include Manager of Design Services at Fabcon and Project/Structural Engineer at Gannett Fleming, where James worked on highway and railway bridge projects. James earned a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering from Penn State University between 1988 and 1992.
