Kelly Graziadei is a co-founder and general partner at f7 Ventures, where a group of senior female operators invests in and assists bold founders at their earliest stages. With extensive experience in leadership roles at companies such as Payfare Inc. and H2 (h2.co), Kelly has served on several boards, including Pacific Community Ventures, and held positions like Entrepreneur in Residence at Foundation Capital. Prior to these roles, significant contributions were made at Facebook, including leading media partnerships, global product marketing, and sales efforts. Kelly's career also includes impactful work at Yahoo! in global account management and strategic agency partnerships, and foundational roles in digital marketing and product marketing earlier in the career trajectory. Kelly holds a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder.
