Martin Osterwalder is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Co-CEO and member of the group management at Osterwalder St. Gallen AG since July 2021, Martin also holds positions as Chairman of the Board at AVIA VOLT Suisse AG and President of the Board at Hablützel AG Solar- & Haustechnik and Wasserstoffproduktion Ostschweiz AG. Additional roles include membership on the boards of Osterwalder Retail AG, H2 Energy AG, Osterwalder St. Gallen Holding AG, and OSAG Immobilien AG. Martin is also the President of the Förderverein H2 Mobilität Schweiz and a member of the board of trustees at Aurora Anlagenstiftung BVG. Martin Osterwalder holds a Bachelor's degree from Fachhochschule St. Gallen and an Eidg. Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer from EXPERTsuisse.
