Joshua Pederson has over 16 years of experience in the technology industry. Joshua began their career in 2003 as Engineering Director at Digilent Inc., where they were responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of all company product lines, exceeding 80 product offerings across software and hardware platforms. Joshua also provided leadership for over 20 software and electrical engineers and led all user documentation efforts for all products throughout US, Europe, and Asia. In 2015, they moved to TableSafe as Design and Manufacturing Program Manager, where they were responsible for leading the design and manufacturing of the company’s core product and ensuring the result was PCI compliant. The scope of their work included cross-functional leadership, managing hardware & software operations across dozens of technologies. In 2019, they joined H10 Capital as Technical Program Manager.

Joshua Pederson attended Washington State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
