Michael B Kennedy II has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Strategic Accounts at H1 since February 2022. Prior to joining H1, they were Senior Director, Enterprise Sales - Americas at the same company.

Before their tenure at H1, Michael worked at Datasite for a significant period. Michael served as Regional Vice President from November 2015 to February 2022, leading a growing SaaS company that empowered the global M&A industry. Michael also held the role of Regional Director, DataSite from September 2002 to December 2015. During their time at Datasite, they played a crucial role in managing Merrill's largest office in New York as Director of Operations from September 1998 to August 2002. As General Manager, Southeast from September 1996 to September 1998, they managed Merrill's Atlanta and DC offices, overseeing operations, sales, and P&L. Furthermore, they served as a Regional Technical Marketing Representative from September 1994 to September 1996, focusing on sales support and delivering technology-based products and services to high-value strategic accounts in the Eastern Region. Michael also held the position of Director, EDGAR Services from September 1993 to September 1994, contributing to the establishment of EDGAR filing services and overseeing internal training and SEC interaction. Lastly, they were the VP of Sales and Marketing from September 1991 to September 1993, spearheading Merrill's foray into the Insurance Annual Statement business and managing national sales and production processes.
