Cosette Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Business Development at H1 since October 2024. Prior to this role, Cosette held the position of Director of Business Development at Eigen Technologies from June 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to devise strategies for achieving sales goals and pipeline growth, while overseeing the business development team. Cosette also excelled as a Business Development Representative at Eigen Technologies, consistently exceeding sales quotas. Additional experience includes managing TikTok content as the Social Media Manager and Brand Ambassador for LineLeap, performing and designing costumes at The Barn Theatre, working in customer sales at CycleBar, and holding a sales associate position at Anthropologie. Cosette holds a Master of Business Administration from Edgewood College and a Bachelor's degree in Music Theater from Oklahoma City University.
