Tamara Heidkamp, LEED AP and NCIDQ certified, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Kaufman Financial Group since September 2016. Previously, Tamara held the position of Head of Workplace Transformation North America at Rolls-Royce, focusing on enhancing AGILE workplace benefits and employee involvement in office space planning. Additional experience includes working as a CAD Documentation Consultant at Agile OAK LLC and strategic planning management for Ford Land at CBRE Real Estate Services, Inc., where Tamara contributed to significant real estate optimizations. Earlier roles included GM Regional Planner at Ford & Earl, facilitating team relocations, and Facilities Planning Supervisor at Nevada Power Company, transitioning the Administrative Services Department to Facilities Management. Tamara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Bowling Green State University.
