Tim Bodor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mechanical contracting and engineering industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Virtual Construction at HT Lyons, Tim oversees Virtual Design and Construction Services, manages CAD/BIM integration, and leads laser scanning efforts, along with designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. As the owner of Timothy A. Bodor Drafting and Design, Tim specializes in BIM modeling and drafting services for the MEP industry, while also being capable of producing architectural and structural models. Prior roles include Senior Designer at STV and Senior Project Designer at Barry Isett & Associates, where Tim focused on plumbing, fire protection, and MEP CAD management. Tim's educational background includes an Associate degree in Architectural Drafting Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute.
