Tina VanChapman has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Tina began their career at Reading Cinemas as an Operations Manager from July 2004 to August 2009. Later, they joined Best Buy as a Home Theater Supervisor from August 2008 to May 2014. In 2014, Tina moved to H.G. Fenton Company and took on roles such as Leasing Marketing Manager (June 2014 - June 2015), Resident Manager (June 2015 - June 2016), and Community Director (June 2016 - Present). Finally, in 2019, they joined ATX Fenton as a Community Director and Portfolio Manager, where they are currently employed.

Tina VanChapman attended San Diego State University from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Image Management.
