Kelly Williams has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Blue and Gold Team Member at the UCLA Athletics Recruiting Office. In this role, Kelly toured high-school athletes and their families, led football events, and conducted research and correspondence for prospective student-athletes. From 2008 to 2010, Kelly worked as an Assistant to the Owner at 5B Events, assisting in planning celebrity charity events that raised millions of dollars for non-profits. In 2010, Kelly worked as an Intern at The Kor Group & Viceroy Hotel Group, where they completed market research, participated in house-flipping processes, and observed sales techniques. Kelly's most recent experience is as a Community Director at H.G. Fenton Company, starting in 2010.

Kelly Williams attended UCLA from 2006 to 2010, earning a B.A. in Political Science. In 2009 to 2010, they attended the Chamberlin Real Estate School, where they studied Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Practices, and Real Estate Principles. Later, in 2013 to 2014, Kelly obtained a Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development Certification from the University of San Diego.
