Jeff Diltz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeff started their career as an Associate at Deloitte in 1997 and then moved on to work as a Vice President at Voit Commercial Brokerage from 1998 to 2002. Jeff then joined Nexus Properties in 2003 as a Vice President, where they stayed for a decade. In 2013, Diltz joined Microsoft as part of their Business Development & Strategy team and worked there until 2016. Jeff is currently with the H.G. Fenton Company, where they first served as a Vice President in 2016 and currently holds the position of Vice President, Commercial & Acquisitions since 2022.

Jeff Diltz completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at USC Marshall School of Business from 1992 to 1996. During their time at USC, they were also a student athlete and played for the USC Football Team. Prior to attending USC, Jeff Diltz attended Damien High School, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
