Enrico Girotti is an experienced service designer and strategic design professional, currently serving as Principal Service Designer at H-FARM Innovation since July 2021 and contributing to H-FARM's Strategy & Innovation Culture since June 2018. Enrico has been the Head of Design at Digital Accademia _ H-Farm since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing design teams and enhancing service offerings. Prior to H-FARM, Enrico worked at Continuum from September 2004 to June 2016, where roles included Senior Strategic Designer and Talent/Resource Manager, focusing on client relationships and talent development. Enrico also has experience in product design and design research for notable clients and has contributed to the LEGO Group as a designer and freelance collaborator. Enrico's academic background includes an Industrial Design Degree from Istituto Europeo di Design.
