Patricia Patterson has extensive experience in dispatch coordination and customer service, currently serving as the Lead Dispatch Coordinator at Cox Petroleum Transport since May 2018. Prior to this role, Patricia held positions as a Dispatcher at Gazelle Transportation from November 2013 to May 2018 and worked at ACS, Inc. from August 2006 to November 2011, where responsibilities included leading a customer service team and providing technical support. Patricia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from National University and completed lower division coursework in General Education at Taft College.
