Raymond Hicks, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in information technology and infrastructure transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at H-E-B since June 2022, Raymond previously worked as an IT Project Manager at Carreon Consulting Group, where support for small business clients in maximizing technology usage was emphasized. As the IT Director at Hardie's Fresh Foods from June 2013 to April 2022, Raymond successfully transformed company infrastructure to distributed cloud-based systems and collaborated with senior leadership to enhance business operations across four locations. Additional roles include IT Manager and System Support Specialist/Developer at FreshPoint, Inc., where Raymond managed IT systems and supported numerous users, as well as serving as a Network Administrator for the Texas Air National Guard. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology from Central Missouri State University.
