John Bolinger is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at HEB since January 2017. Previously, John Bolinger worked as a Software Engineer at IBM from January 2000 to January 2017, with a focus on solution and software architecture. Early in the career, John Bolinger held developer roles at Perficient, specializing in Java and WebSphere, and at TMRS. Additional programming experience includes positions at SCT and System and Computer Technologies. John Bolinger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, graduating in 1998.
