Zachary Berman is an Investment Banking Analyst at H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC since June 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Consumer Banker Summer Analyst at Flagstar Bank, a Private Wealth Management Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley, and a Private Equity Summer Analyst at New State Capital Partners. Earlier experience also includes serving as a caddie at Brae Burn Golf and Country Club. Zachary Berman earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management, following completion of the International Baccalaureate at Harrison High School.
