Ron Davies has extensive work experience in the field of chemistry, specifically in the areas of formulation and process development. Ron started their career at PPG Industries in 1988 as a Chemist and worked there until 1992. In 1996, they joined H.B. Fuller where they started as a Formulating Chemist and later became the Global Process Workstream Lead for R&D, EHS, and QM. In this role, they are responsible for managing data and processes as the company globalizes SAP.

Ron Davies earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988. Ron later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry at the University of Minnesota, completing their studies in 1997.
