Marija Pavic is a CEO and Accredited consultant in Blanchard Serbia. Marija also serves as the CEO and HR consultant, individual and team coach, trainer, and assessor at H.art Development Center. Additionally, Marija works as a Consultant in EBRD's list of consultant at EBRD projekti TAM/BAS. With a background in psychology, Marija has experience as a psychologist at Survivor Serbia and Medical high school. Marija has also worked as a trainer, coach, psychotherapist as a freelancer. Marija's extensive education includes certifications in coaching, mediation, conflict resolution, psychotherapy, and team coaching from various prestigious institutions and programs.
