Richa Kaur is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of HR at Gynoveda since May 2023, Richa previously held the position of Head of HR at FRAAZO and was a Human Resources Manager at EPIKInDiFi. Richa has also contributed to Satguru Restaurants Pvt Ltd and RightPath Lifestyle P Ltd as a Human Resources Manager and HR Consultant, respectively. Richa's career commenced at Mphasis as a Customer Service Executive, followed by a role at American Home Mortgage Servicing, where Richa honed leadership skills in training and mentoring. Richa's educational background includes a PGDM in Strategy and Human Resource from XLRI Jamshedpur, and an MBA in Human Resource from the Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence.
