Carly Natalizia is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Gymshark since June 2022, Carly leads the end-to-end digital customer journey, focusing on global strategy and brand optimization. Previous roles include Global Marketing Director and VP Marketing, International at Gymshark, and Chief Marketing Officer at The Very Group, where Carly was integral to brand and performance marketing strategies. Carly has also held key marketing positions at Virgin Money, NatWest Group, Bank of America, and MBNA, showcasing expertise in building customer loyalty, commercial growth, and digital strategy.
