Simon Seyfer has an extensive programming background with over 22 years of experience in the field. Currently, Simon serves as a Programmer at North American, An Envoy Solutions Company, since March 2019. Prior to this, Simon worked for 18 years as an RPG Programmer Analyst at ETA hand2mind, where responsibilities included maintaining ERP and Warehouse Management systems, managing design and development for improvements, and setting up EDI partners and message mapping. Simon's collaborative approach involves working closely with user communities, customers, and third-party tech support. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Belarussian Polytechnical College, Minsk, earned between 1984 and 1989.
