Thomas Wirth currently serves as an Apprenti production at Gyma since October 2022, focusing on updating the production training system. Concurrently, Thomas holds the position of principal volleyball coach at LA DETENTE VERTICALE VEDENAISE, also since September 2022. Previous experience includes an apprentice role at Les Crudettes from September 2019 to September 2022. Thomas is pursuing a Master's degree in Manager de direction opérationnelle with a focus on innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement at EM Normandie Business School and CESI from October 2022 to October 2024. Educational achievements include a professional Bachelor's degree in Management of production in the agri-food industry from IUT d'Avignon and a Brevet de technicien supérieur agricole in Food Sciences and Technology from Lycée François Pétrarque. Additionally, Thomas completed a scientific Baccalauréat at Lycée Frédéric Mistral.
