Rich Shinnick started working at Koons Automotive Companies in April 2016 as an Automotive Sales representative. In January 2019, they transitioned to Gym Source and took on the role of Sales Manager.

Rich Shinnick completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Arizona State University between 1986 and 1989. Rich later pursued a Master's degree in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained between 2002 and 2008.
