Pam Hamlin has a long and varied career in the marketing and management industry. Starting in 1986, they began their career as an Account Manager at Ingalls, Quinn & Johnson. Pam then moved to HBM Creamer/Della Femina McNamee in 1988 as a Management Supervisor. In 1990, they joined Leonard Monahan as a Managing Partner, Director of Account Management. In 1998, they began their 20-year tenure at Arnold Worldwide, starting as a Managing Partner, Director of Account Management and eventually becoming Global CEO in 2006. In 2017, they joined Netra, Inc. as a Board Director. In 2019, they began their current roles as President of both York Creative Collective and GYK Antler, a Marketing and Management Consultant, Board Director and Compensation Committee Chair of Cambridge Trust Company. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Investment Partner and Advisor at York IE.

Pam Hamlin attended Boston College from 1982 to 1986, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
