Adele Rohde is a seasoned professional in customer and employee experience, currently serving as the Executive Manager at GWMWater since April 2019, where strategic advice is provided to the Managing Director and Board on community engagement, human resources, and customer experience. Prior to this role, Adele held significant positions including Communications & Engagement Manager at GWMWater, Independent Business Owner at Polished Publications, and Manager of Local Area Marketing at Uniting Vic.Tas. Leadership experience also includes serving as Chairperson for the Horsham Fishing Competition Committee and Team Leader for Marketing and Media at Wimmera UnitingCare.
