Susan Ng has extensive work experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Susan worked at GWL Realty Advisors from 2000 onwards as a Real Estate Accountant, where their main responsibilities included payable and receivable tasks. This involved tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end and yearend accruals. Susan also trained and supervised a team of Property Administrator-Accounting staff.

Prior to their role at GWL Realty Advisors, Susan worked at MDS Metro Laboratory Services from 1986 to 2000 as a Senior Accounts Assistant, specifically focused on accounts payable. Susan'sresponsibilities included maintaining an accurate AP system, entering AP data, preparing and distributing cheques, reconciling GL accounts, and overseeing part-time and temporary accounts payable staff.

Susan's work experience also includes a role as a Bookkeeper and Girl Friday (sometimes Cashier) at Hastings Pharmasave #127 from 1984 to 1992.

Susan Ng attended Vancouver Community College (VCC) from 1983 to 1985. Susan then pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1987 to 2003. Later on, from 2004 to 2009, Susan attended the Building Owners and Managers Institute, specializing in Real Property Administration.
