Sunita Dias has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sunita started their career in 2007 as an Academic Coordinator and Teacher at Dubai International Academy, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they joined Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative and remained in that role until 2015. In 2015, Sunita joined GWL Realty Advisors, starting as an Administrative Assistant and working their way up to Administrative Services Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of a Community Manager at GWL Realty Advisors, a role they have been in since August 2020.

Sunita Dias has a strong educational background with a focus on economics and business management. Sunita holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai. Sunita has also obtained a certification in Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) Part 1 and Part 2 from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development in September 2017.
