Regan Cunningham, MBA, CPA, CMA, has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Currently employed at GWL Realty Advisors as a Senior Director of Finance, Regan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate accounting for a significant portion of the real estate portfolio. This includes managing a team of accounting professionals and implementing controls and processes to ensure compliance with internal control requirements.

Prior to GWL Realty Advisors, Regan worked as a Senior Controller at Medallion Corporation, where they provided guidance on daily operational accounting processes and period close cycle.

Regan also served as a Vice President of Finance at Fengate Asset Management, and as a Director of Real Estate Accounting & Reporting at Manulife. In these roles, Regan managed teams, delivered accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders, and led special projects and operational improvements.

Before joining Manulife, Regan held roles at Pure Industrial, where they served as a Director of Property Accounting, and at The Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada, where they worked as a Senior Analyst.

Regan's career began at Scotiabank, where they held positions as a Cost Analyst and an Accounting Officer. They were responsible for cost analysis and accounting duties during their time at Scotiabank.

Regan Cunningham completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Athabasca University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Management from the same university in 2018. In 2014, they completed the CMA Ontario program from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Regan began their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from York University in 2007.
