Hadis Mirsanjari has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles in the construction industry. They started their career at Artavill LTD. as a Project Coordinator from April 2006 to February 2008. After that, they worked at Maple Terrazzo Marble & Tile Inc as a Project Coordinator from February 2008 to June 2011. Following this, they joined Baycrest Project & Construction Management as a Project Manager from July 2011 to June 2014. Subsequently, they worked at Prodigy Construction as a Project Manager from June 2014 to September 2017. Currently, Hadis is employed at GWL Realty Advisors, where they started as a Manager of Construction Services in September 2017 and later promoted to the role of Senior Manager Construction Service in September 2020.
Hadis Mirsanjari, LEED GA, has an extensive education history in various fields. Hadis attended Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman from 1998 to 2003, majoring in Material Engineering. Hadis then pursued their interest in Interior Decorating at Seneca College from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they enrolled at Ryerson University from 2009 to 2011, studying Architecture.
Hadis Mirsanjari has also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Hadis completed courses such as "Communicating Effectively in Groups" from the University of Colorado Boulder E-Learning in May 2020 and "Assertive Communication" from Udemy in April 2020. Hadis also acquired a "Process Excellence Certificate" from GWL Realty Advisors in February 2020 and a "Delivering Successful Contracts" certificate from the Toronto Construction Association in November 2019. Additionally, they received a "Competent Communicator" certification from Toastmasters International in July 2013.
Hadis Mirsanjari has further expanded their expertise through certifications in specific areas. Hadis obtained a certificate in "Construction Project Close Out" from the Toronto Construction Association in May 2013, and they completed a course on "Planning, Scheduling and Control for Contractors" from the same institution in December 2012. Earlier in their career, they received a "Certificate of Product Knowledge and Support" from Silestone Of Colorado in April 2009 and a "Certificate in Understanding Quartz Material Surfaces" from the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) in May 2008. Lastly, they obtained an AutoCAD certification from Seneca College in June 2006, further contributing to their skill set.
