Sam Paul is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Senior Section Manager for Process Automation & SCADA Division at Gwinnett County Government since February 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing process automation technology and managing operations for major water production and reclamation plants. Sam has also held various prominent roles including CEO of Bisstrack Group of Companies, providing engineering consultancy and support services across multiple sectors. Previous notable positions include Training/Project Lead at Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, and Engineering Consultant at Compuet Metric Corp. Sam holds a degree in Industrial Electronics from Universal College of Engineering and multiple certifications in airline management and technology.
