Richard Say has over two decades of work experience in various roles related to technical support, customer service, and management. Richard is currently employed at G&W Electric Co. as a Senior Field Application Engineer, where they work with regional sales VP's, manufacturer's representatives, and customers to drive pre-sales activities and identify solutions for complex problems. Prior to this role, Richard served as the AMS Regional Manager, Northeast at G&W Electric Co., providing commercial, technical, and application support for the Northeast region.
Before joining G&W Electric Co., Richard held the position of Director, Aftermarket Support at the same company, where they were responsible for managing the Aftermarket Support department and improving processes. Richard also worked as the General Manager at Hi-Line Utility Supply, overseeing daily operations and ensuring profitability.
Earlier in their career, Richard worked at Philips Lighting as the Sr. Manager, Product Services, where they managed the technical support call center, field service team, and returns analysis lab. Richard also played a key role in resolving warranty issues and coordinating field actions. Richard gained experience in the healthcare industry as a Sr. Engineer at Baxter Healthcare and as a Manager at Energy Savings Inc.
Richard's career started as an Electronics Design Engineer at Henkels & McCoy and they later transitioned to the role of Service Operations Manager at Tripp Lite, where they managed the service and returns organization.

Richard Say earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Akron. Richard attended the university from 1988 to 1993. Later, they pursued higher education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management between 2012 and 2015.
