Martin Zon has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Martin started their career in 2013 as a Quality Intern at HydraForce. In 2014, they joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Support Engineer, where they implemented the DMAIC process to install a contamination control lab and used AutoCAD to create a new layout for the lab. Martin also implemented the 5S methodology to improve efficiency by eliminating unnecessary tools and equipment. In 2018, they transitioned to G&W Electric Co. as a Design Engineer.
Martin Zon attended Northern Illinois University from 2009 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During this time, they received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on the field of study in the same discipline.
