Lilian Tang has extensive work experience in various engineering and sales roles. Lilian started their career as an Instrument Engineering Intern at bioMerieux in 2006. Lilian then worked as a Process Engineering Coop at The Solae Company from 2006 to 2007. In 2010, they joined Tagsense as a Sales Engineer and stayed there until 2014. From 2011 to 2014, they also worked as a Sales Engineer at Ashametrics. In 2014, they joined TerraSource Global as an Application Engineer and later became an Engineer I. Lilian worked there until 2018. Currently, they are working at G&W Electric Co. as an Application Engineer II and recently got promoted to the role of Senior Application Engineer in 2023.

Lilian Tang obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Biomedical Engineering/Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 2008.
