Howard Cogan is a partner at Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, a position held since January 1996. Prior to this role, Howard served as an associate at Wilson Elser from September 1993 to December 1995. Howard Cogan earned a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law between 1990 and 1993, following a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University from 1986 to 1990. Howard completed secondary education at Monticello High School, graduating in 1986.
