Genevieve Smith founded GV Advisory based on the idea that everything we do has an impact on the people around us. When we lead teams, organizations, and businesses from our core values, we interact with our whole world in a way that works for everyone.
Since 2014, Genevieve has worked with organizations to align their practices to their mission. She designs organizational strategy, data governance plans, conducts workshops, and coaches individuals and teams to realize their potential in the context of their communities.

Genevieve grew up all over the Western United States. She was convinced she'd be a professional musician until she read a few books about the 2008 financial crisis and repurposed her passion for understanding why things are the way they are. She went back to school to study behavioral economics, and has been asking pointed questions ever since.
