Ignacio Lagomarsino is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Guyer & Regules and as a Cybersecurity Consultant at Grant Thornton Uruguay since November 2023. In addition, Ignacio has been a professor at Universidad ORT Uruguay, specializing in Master's programs for cybersecurity and secure infrastructure design since 2017. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at Redpagos from September 2021 to November 2023, and Manager of the National Cybersecurity Incident Response Center at CERTuy in collaboration with AGESIC and the Presidency of the Republic from September 2010 to September 2021. Ignacio also has extensive experience in IT management and instruction, having held positions such as Supervisor of IT Production at Anda and Instructor for Cisco Networking Academy. Ignacio's educational credentials include certifications in computer security incident handling from Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute and teaching credentials from Cisco Networking Academy.
