Kruti Mohan has a strong background in research administration and operations. Kruti began their career as a Strategy Healthcare Consultant at Accenture, where they worked on process and financial improvement engagements with health plans and hospital systems. Kruti then transitioned to the academic sector, serving as an Administrative Director in the Dean's Office at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. In this role, they oversaw the administration of translational research institutes and managed pre- and post-award grant activities. Later, they became the Assistant Dean of Research Administration at Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine, where they directed and managed a central research administration office, oversaw pre- and post-award functions, and developed research policies and procedures. Currently, Kruti is the Director of Research Operations at the Guttmacher Institute.
Kruti Mohan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Rutgers University from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) specializing in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health from 2002 to 2004.
