J'Kalein Madison is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager at Guthrie Theater since March 2022 and the Executive Director of the Minnesota Association for Marriage and Family Therapy since February 2023. Previously, J'Kalein held the position of Director of Development at The Job Foundation from September 2021 to June 2022 and worked as the Youth Programming Coordinator for the FAMILY AND CHILDREN'S COUNCIL OF BLACK HAWK COUNTY INC from January 2020 to June 2021, focusing on child welfare through theatre. J'Kalein's earlier roles at NEWS 7 KWWL included Sales Account Executive and Master Control Supervisor, and prior experience at Men's Wearhouse involved various management positions. J'Kalein holds a degree in Digital Journalism from the University of Northern Iowa and a degree in Communications/Pre-Law from Upper Iowa University.
