Autumn Amadou-Blegen, MAHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Guthrie Theater since February 2023, providing strategic HR consulting to leadership and management. With extensive experience in various HR roles, Autumn founded neHRd in June 2014, offering consulting services focused on balanced HR practices. Previous positions include Head of People at Skykit and Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Autumn's career encompasses roles such as Director of Human Resources at both Planned Parenthood North Central States and Summit Brewing Company. With a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, Autumn combines a strong educational background with over a decade of leadership in human resources across multiple industries.
