Scott Causey has extensive experience in team management and benefits oversight, currently serving in a leadership role with the Benefits Onboarding Team at Gusto since December 2021. Prior to this position, Scott Causey spent eight years as Team Manager at Anthem, Inc., where skills in team leadership were honed. Scott Causey earned a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University, completing studies in May 2013.
