Danielle Silverston is a seasoned professional in governance, risk, and compliance with extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology risk management. Currently serving as the Lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst at Gusto since April 2024, Danielle previously worked at The New York Times from June 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading NIST CSF quarterly maturity assessments and collaborating with various business teams to guide cybersecurity strategies. Prior roles include Senior Technology Risk Analyst at Zayo Group, where Danielle managed the corporate cybersecurity program, and a variety of analytical and project management positions spanning multiple organizations, including Ball Corporation and Predixion Software, Inc.
