Briana Maldonado is the Head of People Operations at Gusto! since February 2015, focusing on scaling the People function, managing HRIS, and overseeing various HR operations including performance reviews and sponsorship programs. Prior to Gusto!, Briana was a Customer Service Lead at Lumosity from January 2013 to February 2015, contributing to the company's innovative neuroscience-based tools. Additionally, Briana worked as a Housing Coordinator at DMA Insurance Housing in 2007, facilitating temporary housing for families affected by natural disasters. Academically, Briana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from UCLA and studied at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
