Anna Goodman is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently leading the payroll engineering team at Gusto since June 2018. Prior roles at Gusto include significant contributions to the payments and filings team, where Anna managed substantial tax payouts and filings, as well as engaging in the growth team to enhance onboarding processes and streamline company creation within the codebase. Prior to Gusto, Anna co-founded the Inclusion Council at Square, actively promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives while serving in various engineering roles. Other notable experiences include internships at GoDaddy, Badger Maps, and Anheuser-Busch InBev, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
