Troy Chin is an experienced professional in the travel and operations sectors, currently serving as the Gustazos Travel Market Leader at GoBeyond Group since July 2018, where Troy promotes Jamaica's tourism through the innovative Gustazos Travel platform. Previously, Troy held the position of Account Executive, achieving a 95% client satisfaction rate and exceeding sales goals by 30%. Troy also has a substantial background as Operations Manager at Chin-Chin Sim Company Ltd. from January 2010 to December 2022, where strategic initiatives were developed to align company objectives. Additionally, Troy served as Junior Director/Project Manager for EduTech Camp and as Production Manager at Caledonia Outdoor Advertising. Troy holds a degree in Management Studies with a minor in International Relations from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and possesses high school diplomas from Wilbraham & Monson Academy and St. Georges College.
