Lyndsie Mitter is a Learning & Development Specialist at Gustave A. Larson. Lyndsie is an expert in Cornerstone LMS and leads the implementation process. Lyndsie collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance training requirements are met and designs courses with trainers. Lyndsie also troubleshoots LMS issues and explores new training technologies to enhance course creation. In their previous roles at Insurance Auto Auctions, Lyndsie worked as an Instructional Designer creating training content and as a National Sales Trainer supporting the Remarketing Sales Team.
