Santiago Derrant serves as the Director of Innovation at EY since March 2023, focusing on SupplyER, a tool designed to assist companies in meeting outsourcing legal requirements efficiently. With extensive experience in innovation and customer service, Santiago also holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Gus Chat since May 2016. Previous roles include Customer Service Manager and Innovation Strategist at Ericsson, as well as Customer Support Specialist and Junior Software Engineer at Telefónica. Santiago began their career as an Associate Software Developer at Terra. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Customer Service Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
